Saturday Hangout @Bulgogi Brothers~

(Intermission before my next review post hahaha)

Spent my entire Saturday with housemates at Mid Valley just chatting and shopping( ⌒o⌒ ) Went for lunch at Bulgogi Brothers'~ Usually would go for Japanese but my friends are hardcore Kpop/Kdrama fans so we had Korean LOL Also since I haven't been there before.

Also ordered the Beef Bibimbap for 3 of us to share~ Super nais!!

The waiters there helped us prepare our BBQ (・∀・)~❤

After we nom-ed everything, the waiter recommended us to try Korean ice creams. So nais one the service! My housemate told me it was the first time they were served ice creams despite having frequent the place themselves. So I got lucky LOL

Chose this Lotte watermelon ice cream~ Never tried watermelon one before this one so yummy!

Somemore in the shape of a sliced of watermelon with chocolate bits for seeds whytheheck they don't have these in convenience stores in Malaysia? Unforgivable! If you're at Bulgogi Brothers' go try them. Other options are chocolate nougat and melon flavor.

Geo Princess Mimi Contact Lens in Sesame Gray Review

Hello~!

Finally decided to make a review on my all-time favorite contact lens, the Geo Bambi a.k.a. Princess Mimi in Gray which is produce by none other than my favorite Gyaru Queen Tsubasa Masuwaka! 

Super like this lens so much I got another after my last one expire!(*°▽°* )

Bet by now most people would have heard about it already, but for those who haven't tried/is considering to try, here's a review for you LOL

Isn't the pink macaron lens case so cute? Bought the lens from Pinky Paradise and the case comes free with it. Originally the price for a pair is RM75-ish but I manage to grab mine on sale (^o^ v) For a one year disposable lens, it's affordable.

Anyway, here's how the lens looks like_thick, black outer ring, light gray color with a yellowish ring in the middle.

It's 15mm in diameter therefore the enlarging effect is pretty visible. Yet at the same time it is designed to look oh-so-natural! I even had the same Geo Bambi lens in Apple Green which turns out amazingly natural on the eyes.  Really wished I had a clearer photo from then to share with you (>___<  )

As for comfort level, I'd say this one could be worn up to 6-7 hours provided you don't wear them daily or your eyes would start to fell irritated.

Anyway, more photos of this lens~ Trying out this mori gal and aegyo-sal combination makeup look though my green liner (Majolica Majorca's Jeweling Eyes Pencil Liner in Jewel Green) didn't show up in the pics well.

Today I gave tomo choco (means tomodachi chocolate or friends chocolates) to my housemates, colleagues hohoho sis too though bro's not getting any because he is not around :/

This Valentine also marks the 15th day of CNY or Chap Goh Meh and usually people only open the ang pows we collected throughout this CNY. Not sure why they do so but I opened mine even before Chap Goh Meh hahahaha

This year's ang pows packets v( ^o^)v This year is the Horse Year so that explains why red packets with horse prints ↓

On another note, I have an event announcement to make~

This year, the Japanese Society of my uni (which I founded) is organizing yet another Bunkasai a.k.a. Japanese School Festival for its 4th consecutive years nau!!

*Intermission* wipes tears of pride and joy

Been there for every event for 3 consecutive years now but this year will not be around since my brother's coming back from Germany for a short break before the new semester begins( ; __ ; )

Happy CNY & A Food Post

Gong Xi Fa Ca~~(*⌒∇⌒*八)

As of this month, it is officially the new year according to the Chinese calendar. Took a break from work to go back home to celebrate last weekend~♪

Was really missing Penang food for a long while but besides the Laksa stall at Balik Pulau, very few to none Chinese food stalls were open (; ____ ; ) I didn't get to satisfy my Penang food cravings. Psst, just so you know, Penang was recently acclaimed by Lonely Planet as the top foodie spot of the year! I'm a super proud Penangite ヽ(*⌒∇⌒*)ﾉ

Still, at least I still can eat lotsa home-cooked food~

Mom literally cooked up a feast at home!

Huge portions of every dish from mixed vegetables with different mushroons, tom yam fish, and roasted chicken and duck(my absolute CNY favorite!) that we took a few meals to finish them.

Not that I am complaining, they're really good! (⌒▽⌒ ) She really feeds us well LOLOL Now drooling and missing home-cooked food yet again just looking of the photo... (T__T  )

We had steamboat some more on day 3. So very yummeh~

There were more dishes _ mushrooms and fried dumplings for the steamboat which I forgot to take because I was too busy stuffing myself HAHAHHAHA

And of course, not forgetting the tons of CNY cookies and goodies we had at home_Chinese murukku, baby popiah, cranberry poppy seeds cookies, sunflower seed crackers, cornflakes cookies, meat floss and more~!

At work just the other day, one of my colleague bought us instant Yee Sang. Had earlier arranged the ingredients nicely but the peanuts that we poured in last somewhat covered everything and made it looked just like rojak LOL ( >v< )

Then we tossed and mixing them all with our chopsticks and shouting our wishes LOLOL
