Hada Labo Double Lotion Review

Konnichiwa~!

I'm back with yet another Hada Labo review~♪ Finally bring myself to review them. Apologize for dragging this for so long already. Gomen!

Today I will be reviewing TWO of Hada Labo's top selling lotions: Hada Labo Super Hyaluric Acid Moisturizing Lotion which has record of one sold every 4 seconds AND Hada Labo Arbutin Whitening Lotionthe number 1 top selling whitening lotion in Japan!

Jyan~~ Both my Hada Labo lotions ✶ฺ.ヽ(*´∀`*)ノ✶゚ฺ

Hada Labo lotions <3

It's been over 6 months since I've started using them along with other Hada Labo's products_ the cleanser, moisturizing lotion, BB cream and makeup remover.

Yeapie~ Tried almost all of the Hada Labo products already! I love most of them but find daily usage of the cleanser kinda breaks my skin. You can read my review I wrote previously in this link TamagoHada's AHA+BHA cleanser and if you want, here's another review on Hada Labo's Air BB Cream (・∀・)

Let's get started!

Hada Labo Super Hyaluric Acid Moisturizing Lotion

The key ingredient for this moisturizing lotion lies in an ingredient called the 'Super Hyaluronic Acid' that boosts moisture retention.

Below are snapshots taken from Hada Labo's webpage depicting the moisture locking mechanism to give you a clearer idea on how these amazing ingredient works.

ingredient story

Plus the newly improved formula has not one, but THREE types of Hyaluronic Acid!

Each targets the skin in different level,  with the new Nano Hyaluronic Acid to penetrate deep into the skin "leaving it hydrated inside out".

And now here's how the moisturizing lotion looks like ↓

It's a colorless liquid with thick consistency that becomes slightly sticky when apply. To use, pour some on the palm of your hand and spread it all over the face. Then slap it all over your face for even application.

I find it takes a lot of slapping in for the lotion to be absorbed. Some reviews I read advise to use just a small drop or two for faster absorption though I don't mind to just take my time and let the lotion works its magic ( ⌒o⌒)~♪

Hada Labo Arbuting Whitening Lotion

2013-06-16 17.02.12

The key ingredient for this whitening lotion, besides the Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C is the ingredient called 'Arbutin' that helps fight off dark spots.

Here's the illustration on how Arbutin works:

The whitening lotion_a milky white lotion which feels much 'lighter' and has a faster absorption rate compare to the moisturizing lotion ↓ Application method same as the moisturizing lotion one, btw!

Both lotions are available at Watsons and Guardian. At RM45.90 per bottle, it is affordable because of the generous amount that can last you for months! I've read reviews saying this lotion lasts up to 6 months but for me, I think it'll take at most 3-4 months to finish a single bottle.

Mine lasted a little bit longerlah since I've used them alternately, though the whitening lotion less frequently these days for fear of further breakouts... I'm still in the middle of trying to get rid of pimples and scars from my recent one...(;へ:)

That aside, the moisturizing lotion is my favorite among the two and I somewhat like the bouncy-feely feeling from patting the lotion onto the face ❤

Would I buy them again?

Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing lotion, DEFINITELY! Arbutin Whitening lotion. Maybe *shrug* Didn't quite find the 'special factor'...

Ending this post with a video on how to apply the Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid lotion to get the maximum result:

Thank you for reading! Till next time~ ヽ(*⌒∇⌒*)ノ

Random stuff again~

Me blogging has been an on and off thing lately  (I apologize for that). Mostly because working life has become a priority nao and when I get back home at the end of the day, my brain decides its time to sleep...

Or spend the last ounce of energy LMAO-ing watching Running Man (which I'm taking forever to finish the entire season) instead of lifting my fingers to type. (≧▽≦)

I can finally understand why some of my blogger friends decided to put away blogging once they've entered the working life. Blogging is no easy task, some of you may well know it. Still, I've got no thoughts of completely ceasing to write. It's been serving as a good reminder to persist in things I've started.

Ramblings aside.

New stuff on the list of my upcoming review_spotlight on Senka's skincare range ☆-(≥vO)

Also, it's almost the end of the Mid Autumn Festival. This year I had the chance to try this Suzhou's style mooncake. And it's oh-so-very-amazing!

Check out the pretty, yellow outer crust which resembles the full moon during mid autumn. This one's called the Moon Lady, such a befitting name!

Cake Sense's mooncake

It gives out a very yummy buttery scent.

Some more got salty egg yolk in the middle! Such guilty pleasure!!
